Developer on the Thien Khoi App, owning the training system and the reporting system, after starting out as the team's technical solutions & quality engineer.

  • Training system: develop and maintain the staff training module of the Thien Khoi App
  • Reporting system: build reports and dashboards that turn operational data into insight
  • TKG Report platform: Next.js front end, report API and async workers (Python/FastAPI) over Kafka & Redis, Prisma + PostgreSQL report store
  • NestJS microservices (auth, product, notification) behind Kong API Gateway, observed with Grafana, Loki and Prometheus
  • Earlier as Technical Solutions & Quality Engineer: reviewed outsourced source code, technical consulting and internal tools
